Landmark Housing Legislation Passes in the Senate

Big news for housing and real estate! The U.S. Senate just passed the bipartisan ROAD to Housing Act, a major step forward for affordable housing, new construction, and homeownership support. What makes this especially exciting is that it passed with unanimous support — something we don’t see often in Washington.

This legislation takes aim at some of the biggest challenges we face in housing: a shortage of homes, high costs, and complicated processes that slow down building.

Here’s what it means in real terms:
